Purpose |
|

The Family Planning Program provides anyone (female or
male) of childbearing age a physical exam, contraceptives, written
information, sterilization counseling and referrals. |
|

Availability |
|
|
Monday - Friday, 8:30am-11:30am and 1:00pm-4:00pm. |
|
|
Eligibility |
|
|
Any person (female or male) of childbearing age who
desires birth control. This program, also, provides services for
clients eligible for the Family Planning Waiver. |
