The Stanly County Home Health Agency provides home health care services for people who are homebound due to a medical condition. These services include skilled nursing care, physical therapy, speech therapy, aide services, occupational therapy, and social worker services. The Stanly County Home Health Agency is
accredited by the Accreditation
Commission for Home and Hospice Care. |

Office hours are Monday -
Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. On call services available 24 hours a
day seven (7) days a week. |

Eligibility |
|
|
Any Stanly County resident who
is homebound and under medical supervision. |
