Purpose |

The HIV Case Management
Program offers HIV infected people and their families assistance through the
HIV Case Manager on identified medical, social, and economic needs.
Resources are identified and referrals provided to support the person's
optimum level of health. |

Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Call 704-986-3044 to make an appointment. |

Eligibility |
|
|
Any resident of Stanly County
with HIV infection or a family member with HIV infection. |
