Communicable Diseases Clinic

 
 

Purpose 

The Communicable Diseases Clinic provides testing and treatment for communicable diseases including tuberculosis (TB), meningitis, food borne illnesses, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, and Lyme disease.    A Family Nurse Practitioner and Public Health Nurses staff this clinic.
 

Availability

These services are provided by appointment only Monday - Friday from 8:30am-11:30pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm. 
 

Eligibility
Anyone is eligible to receive these services.
