Child Health Clinic

 
 

Purpose 

The Child Health Clinic provides health care services for children, birth through 11 years of age.  Services provided include complete physical exams, sick visits, kindergarten assessments, lead testing, and developmental evaluations.  A Family Nurse Practitioner and Public Health Nurses staff this clinic.
 

Availability

These services are provided by appointment only Monday - Friday from 8:30am-11:30pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm. 
 

Eligibility

                                                                                                                                             Any child who is a resident of Stanly County is eligible for the Child Health Clinic.  Charges for these services are dependent upon services received and family income.  Medicaid patients are accepted.  The health department is a Carolina Access Provider.
