Adolescent Health Clinic 

 

 

Purpose

The Adolescent Clinic provides health care services for adolescents, ages 11 through 17 years of age.  Services include complete physicals, sick visits, preventive care, immunizations, and wellness education.  A Family Nurse Practitioner and public health nurses staff this clinic.
 

Availability

These services are provided by appointment only Monday - Friday from 8:30am-11:30pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm. 
 

Eligibility

Any adolescent, ages 11 through 18,  who is a resident of Stanly County is eligible for the Adolescent Health Clinic.  Charges for these services are dependent upon the services received and the family's income.  Medicaid patients are accepted.  The health department is a Carolina Access provider.
