WHO

      Children ages birth through 18 who are on Medicaid or NC Health Choice or are at or below 100% of the Federal poverty level.  NOTE:  No new patients over 12 years of age are being accepted into the program at this time.

WHAT  

Primary dental health care will be offered.  This includes examinations, fillings, extractions, sealants, screenings, and education.

 

WHEN

Clinic hours are: 
Monday - Wednesday 7:45am - 5:30pm

Thursday 7:45am - 5:00pm
Closed on Fridays

An appointment must be made to receive dental services.
